Visual Artist

I've been painting for about fourteen

years, incorporating my identity as artist into all aspects of life. I am a lover of bright color and texture, and love weaving abstract and representational elements into my pieces.

My Canvas

I work primarily on large canvas with acrylic and mixed media.

While my education has been primarily in the English language, I see visual art as a valid method of communication. I am interested in the ways we construct our identity using both word and image.
